Payments

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, personal cheques (7 days to clear) and EFT payments. Our terms for website customers require immediate payment. School and Library order terms are 14 days. In the case of returned cheques, any fees payable will be billed to the writer of the returned cheque.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We do not cancel purchases that have already been paid through our site as some products are sent out immediately an order has come through. We will cancel a purchase if we cannot supply within a reasonable amount of time, around 14 days (30 days or more for schools. Libraries and other large or rare product orders). A full refund will be credited to the purchasers account if we cannot supply or source a product within 14 days. However, if a product has not yet been sent then we can cancel and refund in full within 24 hours of notice.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are mainly available within Australia with some also available overseas. In the instance of Toy Hire availability is restricted to the Sydney metropolitan area though customers are encouraged to pick up and return if they live outside these boundaries.
