When using our facility, we do not handle any of your account information so we do not access nor keep any of this information when you purchase through our secure e-commerce gateway.  Any information taken over the phone for payment purposes is destroyed immediately payment has gone through as we do not keep any such information. *For Games Hire customers please read the Terms and Conditions document enclosed with Booking Form. The only time we may give out any private information is to the Police if it involves a matter of fraud or theft, whether it be theft of identity or any other police matter.
